Toffee Negroni

This cocktail is sort of like a Negroni – at least in the sense that it’s three ingredients in equal parts, and sure to appeal to the Negroni drinker.

Toffee Negroni

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. aged rum
  • 1 oz. Amontillado sherry
  • 1 oz. Aperol

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
  • Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with an expressed grapefruit peel.
