9 Unique Valentine’s Day Cocktails

Whether you’re planning dinner and drinks for you and a significant other or riding solo, you should make sure to at least enjoy some good cocktails. Here is my rundown of 9 cocktails that are perfect for Valentine’s Day.

Maybe they’re red, maybe they have rosewater in them, or maybe the connection is only in the name. Regardless, I guarantee that at least one of these will suit your needs.

The Strawberry Cachaça Shake cocktail is a refreshing combination of cachaça, lime, simple syrup, strawberry and Peychaud’s bitters. It’s basically a daiquiri riff with cachaça as the rum, and the addition of bitters and strawberry.

This delicate cocktail is a Humble Garnish original that Chareau found fitting enough to pick up and feature in their own email newsletter. It’s a subtle balance of their aloe liqueur, gin, dry vermouth, lemon, and rosewater.
