Ingredients
  • 1½ ounce Rittenhouse rye
  • ½ ounce Sombra mezcal
  • ½ ounce Averna
  • ¼ ounce Aperol
  • ¼ ounce St. Germain
Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
  2. Garnish with expression from a flamed orange peel.

  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1.5 ounces Green Chartreuse
  • .5 ounce lime juice
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
  2. Strain into a glass filled with ice and garnish with pineapple crown leaves or a lime wheel.
