This cocktail is sort of like a Negroni – at least in the sense that it’s three ingredients in equal parts, and sure to appeal to the Negroni drinker.
- 1½ ounce Rittenhouse rye
- ½ ounce Sombra mezcal
- ½ ounce Averna
- ¼ ounce Aperol
- ¼ ounce St. Germain
- Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
- Garnish with expression from a flamed orange peel.
