Ingredients

Instructions

  • Rinse or mist a chilled rocks glass with absinthe.
  • In a mixing glass muddle sugar cube and bitters.
  • Add ice and rye; stir until chilled.
  • Strain into absinthe-rinsed rocks glass.
  • Express lemon peel over cocktail and discard.
